Delivery and Complaint

Dear Customers,

thank you for your order at Silber für Schmuck. In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped on the same or next day.
The minimum order value is €100,-.
Please be advised that items could be unavailable shortly after trade shows. We kindly ask for your understanding. In the event that your desired article is out of stock, we will contact you either by phone or by e-mail to ask if you prefer a replacement. To avoid unnecessary delay, please leave a phone number, so we can contact you.

Complaint

Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt (HBG §377). If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, for example if you received damaged or defective goods, please contact us in writing or by phone within 3 working days. Please return the goods back to us with a clear description and a copy of invoice. Reduced items, cut chains and custom made products are excluded from exchange or return.

We cannot process complaints summited after 3 working days.

General Information
Images shown do not match the original size. A lot of our jewelry are hand-crafted, therefore deviations in color, texture, size and weight are possible.
Since we have a low minimum order value as a wholesaler and offer small amounts and individual pieces, it is not possible for cost reasons to exchange individual units.We will credit your account once the returned goods are received.
